Join us for a four-day national gathering for young Jews in Germany (ages 18–35), designed to strengthen Jewish identity, build leadership skills, and foster dialogue within and beyond the Jewish community. Through workshops, discussions, and shared learning, it promotes pluralism, civic engagement, and solidarity across marginalized communities.
Theme 2025: Beyond Your Bubble – Was unterscheidet, muss nicht trennen!
In a time of growing polarization, rising antisemitism, and social fragmentation, the 2025 summit focuses on connecting across differences both inside and outside the Jewish world. Inspired by the lived experiences of young Jews in Germany, this year’s theme emphasizes creating inclusive, empowering spaces for dialogue.
What Happens at the Summit?
Participants engage in interactive workshops, storytelling, and dialogue training focused on open communication and respectful engagement. The summit provides safer spaces for critical conversations, encourages openness to differing perspectives, and models pluralistic civic engagement. Participants will also have the chance to meet non-Jewish speakers and partner organizations to deepen intercultural dialogue and solidarity. Learning activities are designed to address our society’s tendency toward polarization and motivate participants to combat this trend by engaging in meaningful dialogue with one another.
Why It Matters
The Visionssummit cultivates a new generation of socially engaged German-Jewish leaders empowered to navigate internal community tensions and external societal challenges. It builds bridges not only within Jewish life but also between Jewish and other marginalized communities, strengthening the social fabric of democratic society in Germany.Together, let’s shape our future and build an inclusive Jewish community for generations to come!
