One month ago, another cohort of the Hillel Deutschland Leadership Incubator took a meaningful step forward: The fellows of the second cohort graduated and officially became alumni.

Over the course of a year, these young Jewish activists engaged deeply in the work of leadership: building initiatives, strengthening community, and learning to lead with authenticity and care. They were challenged. They grew. And they supported one another every step of the way.

Now, as alumni, they carry those lessons forward, ready to make a real impact in their communities and society as a whole.

At Hillel, we believe leadership isn’t a title or an end point. It’s a living practice: rooted in values, responsive to community, and driven by the courage to act.
