What are the stories that shape us, and make us who we are?

On Shavuot, Jews commemorate the climax of our collective story, receiving the Torah at Mount Sinai. And in the same way that the Ten Commandments shape our communal narrative, so, too, do our personal stories shape our own lives. What are the lessons we have to teach? What is the learning we yearn to share?
