📜 Half the Story - A Creative Beit Midrash for Patrilineal Jews 👩‍🎨

Patrilineal Jews are treated as if they don't count. But  how can a whole life, a whole identity, a whole soul  not count?    

📖 In this session we'll sit together and explore what Jewish tradition has to say about the patrilineal experience.  We'll learn and discuss texts that deal with belonging, identity, and the question of who gets to call themselves part of the Jewish people.    

🎨Then we'll make art.  Each participant will create a personal artwork that represents their own Jewish journey. Wherever it started, wherever it's going, and everything in between. We'll finish by sharing our work and building something collective out of our individual stories.    

No art experience needed!    

This event is part of Project „Shuva"  to create a network for patrilineal Jews and to make them feel that they belong. 🌍💫
