Shabbat with Amaro Foro & the Festival of Resilience.

We warmly invite you to a shared Shabbat evening, organized by the Festival of Resilience in cooperation with Amaro Foro. Amaro Foro e.V. is a transcultural youth organization of Roma and non-Roma, working in Berlin against antiziganism and for empowerment and self-representation of young people. The Festival of Resilience was founded by survivors of the 2019 attack in Halle and Wiedersdorf together with supporters, and has since then created spaces for connection, resilience, and social responsibility within the context of Jewish perspectives and remembrance culture. On this evening, Amaro Foro will present its work as an organization combating antiziganism. At the same time, we are opening a space where Jewish and Roma_Sinti perspectives can meet, strengthen one another, and become visible.
